REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing skip bag for your recent purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

I purchased a skip bag from a stockist:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to the stockist and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. However any product returned must be in an unused flat packed condition along with the outer packaging that you received it in.

Upon inspection, any skip bags that are found to have been opened from their flat packed state, or taken from the outer packaging are non refundable.

The reason for this is the product is no longer suitable for on sale display.

You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it so long as it accompanies the original receipt of purchase.

I purchased a skip bag online:

Our refund policy for skip bags ordered online carries a handling charge that will be deducted from the original purchase price to cover return of goods and refunded bank charges. A refund will be honoured once we have received and inspected the goods and they are found to be in the same state you received them in, that being in a flat packed condition in its original outer packaging.

Upon inspection, any skip bags that are found to have been opened from their flat packed state, or taken from the outer packaging are non refundable.

The reason for this is the product is no longer in a suitable state for delivery by one of our couriers.

Skip bag collections:

If you are not 100% satisfied with our service with regards to carrying out collections of skip bags, we do offer a refund policy that depending upon the reason for a refund request, may incur payment and/or failed logistics fees being deducted before your refund is acted upon.

We are not responsible for the content you place in a skip bag, instructions for the capacities can be found online, or you can contact us for advice prior to purchase.

Fees may apply for failed collections resulting in and not limited to: congestion and/or toll charges, obstructions and/or inaccessible skip bags upon arrival, refusal for pickup due to incorrect loading and/or material contents as well as damaged skip bags.

How will I receive my refund:

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/operators notes for a failed collection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the product/service.

The credit will be received within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping of returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your returned goods, shipping costs are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are sent in a state that we can receive them undamaged.
